ALLEN BROWN

PRESIDENT

Allen has over 20 years experience in Distribution and Logistics and is a graduate of Randolph Macon College with a BA in Business Economics and also attended Michigan State for Warehouse Management. Director, Belts Logistics Services; Member International Warehousing Logistics Association, Council of Logistics Management, Warehousing Education Research Council.

LARRY SMITH

VICE PRESIDENT-BUSINESS

DEVELOPMENT

From years of experience as a business owner and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Larry has acquired business development as well as managerial expertise. Dual commissioned as an Engineer and Intelligence officer, Larry’s military career was highlighted by deployments to the Pentagon (on the Joint Staff), Afghanistan and Korea. He earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his Master’s Degree at the University of Maryland, School of Public Policy.

SCOTT HUNSICKER

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

& GENERAL COUNSEL

In addition to general corporate governance, including company strategies, communication and implementation, Scott is an specialist in contract, business, insurance, real estate and warehousing law. Scott’s tenure with Belts exceeds 3o years. He is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, a Maryland Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Managing Broker of Belt’s Realty Services, Inc., which provides real estate leasing and development solutions.

PEGGY ZULKOWSKI

TRAFFIC MANAGER

BELT’S INTERMODAL CORP.

Peggy has over 30 years experience in Transportation and Logistics. She is a graduate of Anne Arrundel Community College, where she specialized in Logistics and Cargo Security. Peggy was the President of the Woman’s Traffic & Transportation Club of Baltimore for three terms, and is currently an active member. She is a member of QCHAT since 2017 and a member of the Maryland Motor Club.

JIM WOOLFREY

VICE PRESIDENT-LOGISTICS

Chris brings a diverse set of experiences to our team. He was the General Manager of our Distribution Centers, managing over 80 customers. Together with our Director of IT, he helped spearhead our new WMS implementation. Chris also has 3 years of experience in banking finance, and a masters Degree (MSRE) from the Johns Hopkins University, and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Prior to Belts, Jim managed multiple distribution centers and has held positions as General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Director of Distribution for corporate and privately held companies. Jim attended Loyola University's Sellinger School of Business and Baltimore Community College. Member: The American Management Association.
